AnimalCruelty app for iPhone and iPad

NSA Animal Cruelty is designed to assist law enforcement officers in recognizing and understanding the nexus between animal abuse and other criminal offenses. It contains multiple mini-training modules, questions to assist in determining if animal abuse is occuring in connection with crimes such as domestic violence, child abuse, and elder abuse, a resource section with informative website links, and the publication Animal Cruelty as a Gateway to More Serious Offenses. It also contains a form for recording and documenting crimes while the officer is on-scene at an incident.
